Shipping Terms on Candle orders from The Cove:

All of products are always "Made-To-Order" and for this reason we Do Not Sell to Wholesalers. This is why we can offer such low prices.

Turn Out time for your order is 2-3 days after payment is recieved. This assures your products are "SET" before shipping. Once your order is completed and mailed, you will recieve an email as to the mail date and status.  Remember: All Orders are freshly made.  We do not premake products.

Your oder will arrive VIA USPS standard mail, Sometimes we mail Priority Mail 2-3 days, depending on how large your order is.

I have set up 2 shipping methods in PayPal. On all candles orders from the cove you will choose standard shipping. On orders from the Catalog Store that ships directly to you from the warehouse, you will choose ground shipping.

~PLEASE NOTE~:  If you oder has combined Items from the Cove and The Catalog Shop, Please still choose ground shipping. If there is a difference in the shipping Charges: I will either Send you a Pay Pal Invoice for the addtional amound Owed OR I will send you a Refund if you have over paid. I don't make a profit on shipping charges or Charge extra. What it costs to send is all you pay.

Shipping Terms on Products From The Treasure Gift Store:

Shipping in your cart total might be lower or higher than the actual shipping. Shipping Charges for ground will be as follows:

**~~NEWS UPDATE ON OUR GIFT STORE:~~ Effective 8/21/08 , You can now SAVE on Shipping Charges !! The New rates on shipping will be: Cart total up to $50.00 is Flate Ground Shipping of $15.00 And Cart totals over $50.00 is Flat Ground Shipping of $30.00. So the more you buy the more you save.  Unlimited items you purchase will never be more than $25.00.

You will not be able to choose ground shipping at checkout, But when you are directed to PayPal to Pay for your order PLEASE choose Ground shipping, this is the shipping that will be accepted from the warehouse. If you have combined items from the Cove and Belle's treasures, you still will choose ground shipping. This will save you money, you will recieve 2 seperate orders, 1 from the warehouse, and 1 directly from me.

GROUND SHIPPING: Continental U.S. (48 States) Normal delivery time is 5-10 business days. (Shipping to a PO Box will be $12.95 minimum shipping fee.)

Local Customers:  You may still print your order form and pay in person or by mail, but please NOTE: Payment is expected before your order is placed through the warhouse. Once payment is recieved your order will be placed, and can either be delivered to me for pick up, or you may have it delivered directly to your house.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: No International shipping is provided at this time.

AVOID RETURN PACKAGES:
In the event a package is returned to our warehouse, due to refusal, not available after 3rd attempt or buyer providing the wrong address, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in addition to a 25% restocking fee. To help avoid returns, please make sure you have given us your correct address and phone number so you may be contacted if there is a problem delivering your package. Once you have been provided a tracking number, it is a good idea to keep track of your package until it reaches your door.

RETURN EXCLUSIONS: *ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
The shipper covers all merchandise damaged during shipment. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 10 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, DHL, FedEX and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim. If replacement for a damaged item is not possible, a store credit will be given to you. No cash refunds will be given for damaged, defective or missing items.
