I Started this business in 2005. As a candle lover, I was tired of going to the store, searching for new candles, always was the same ole, same ole. Then one day a friend was selling those Mia Bella candles. I was hooked. Soy was by far the best to any parafin wax. If you get it onto your furniture, floor, body, etc. the clean up was so easy. The scent from soy candles is just truly amazing. Well she wanted my to start selling them, but the mark up price was just outragious. I thought, why should i sell someone else's product for a 100% mark up, when I can make my own.
So to the internet I went, after extensive researching I have found that Making my own candles and adding my own touches to, was by far the best. Not only was it cheaper, but I can pass the savings onto my friends and family. After a year into the business, I have extended my line to Bath-N-Body products as well, staying in the All Natural field, making of soaps, sprays, lotions, etc. and the prices i offer are by far the best.

I am a full time mother of 2 teenagers, I run a Hotel full time. This business is what I do in my spare time and on the weekends. I didn't start this business to make huge profits or to quit my current job, frankly: There are just too many candle companies on the internet. BUT, I feel that my prices are by far the lowest for the Quality and Quanity you recieve. My friends ask Why? I sell so low, and take such a low profit? I tell them its not about the money, It's about the craftsmanship.

My overall profit in this business, just pays for restocking, my internet site, and a little advertising. Knowledge from running a hotel for 10 years, you learn how to get the good deals @ wholesale prices, printing your own business cards, flyers, broshures, Using word of mouth for advertising, offering incentives to customers. This is how  I can keep this all going. Besides, since I have started this little business on the side, I have not bought Store bought soaps, body sprays and candles. Thats a Huge savings in this house.
